Here is a small video I shot that shows just one way that you can work against time in your workouts to up the intensity and add some variety. The 2 exercises I chose were the bench press and the low cable row but you can use any 2 apposing exercises. I also chose to do low reps and heavier weight but you can use any weight/ rep combination you like. When it comes to success in natural bodybuilding, variety is the spice of life.
