Kevin, through the Cycle Diet dvd, the Anabolic Diet books and piecing together your posts on the Scott Abel site I am familiar with your diet approach. So when I saw this video I thought “where’s the fats?”. I also thought that this vid may have been taken during contest prep so fats are low to cut cals. Any comment wouldbe greatly appreciated. By the way, thank you for making this great video.
Thanks,
Rob

Thanks for the question Rob. The video was meant to be more in the general sense of how to prepare food in advance, no necessarily exactly what I would do. Although I have used the high fat approach with good success i find it not suitable for most people. If I was to do something more specific for most people I would also include a starch of some kind. For myself I would include a bit more fat. Maybe something as simple as some coconut oil on the veggies, or red meat instead of chicken. I am planning on doing a follow up video soon on how to use soups, stews, and chili, to make easy, well balanced meals, that can be packaged and used for several days. These would also be able to be tweaked to fit the persons individual macro needs. Hope this answers your question.
